I have started a 33 revision. To date i have completed the PSU and with no other boards connected i am reading 17.65 volts between green terminal and red terminal on the PSU board. I am concerned that this is a bit higher than 16volts. I am using the Da Da kit.

It is indeed too high. Check the Zener orientation and type.

 Hello EJP.

Zener orientation is correct as per instructions and i am using the zener and two  diodes that were sent with the kit. I have checked again this morning and note the following values.

green to red wires on the psu 16.43 vdc. green to top of main axial capacitor 17.85vdc. are these values ok or if not where do i start checking ?

This is OK. A 16V zener is a rather approximate thing. As long as there is no appreciable AC across red/green there is no problem.

Hello EJP,

Double checked for AC across red and green and measures zero. so good to continue.

Thank you for your help. Regards.
