I recently ordered and received two of the Dada speaker delay kits for my Quad 405.  The downloaded instructions indicate I should have received some wire with the kits but no wire was supplied.  I have no idea of what gauge of wire should be used.  Can someone please respond?  I'd really like to get these installed sometime soon.

The wires are normally in the revision-kit for the 405. The connectors are supplied with the Delay-circuit.

The wires are not supplied with the baords because they can be installed in several types of amplifier and the wires you need depend on the model.

For installing the delay-circuits in a 405 you need 50cm of (each):

per delay-circuit.

I'm a bit confused.  Last year I ordered and installed an upgrade kit for my Quad 405.  It came with wire and connectors and I completed the upgrade successfully.  Even though I added some capacitors per your recommendation in order to reduce the turn on/off thump,  I was not really comfortable with what I heard.  So recently, I decided to try your delay kits (you know the ones that don't come with wire that the install manual says comes with it).  And now what you are telling me is that I have to order more wire because I was supposed to use the wire that came with the 405 upgrade kit?  I'm not clairvoyant.  Not only that, but there are a couple of crimp on connectors that are needed to connect the output of the amplifier cards to the delay which were also missing.  I can't very well uncrimp the ones I previously installed.  Seems to me you owe me some wire and a couple of connectors.
