For de-coupling D1, D2, D12 does this make a big difference to the sound?

Is this improvement very noticeable?

Someone said to me that D12 is already decoupled by C15 for HF, so is decoupling D12 with MKT necessary?

When decoupling D1, D2, D12, can this cause noises when turn the amp on and off?

For decoupling D1, D1, does this make a noticeable change/improvement to the sound?

No C15 is shown in the schematic or parts list. Presumably there was one and they deleted it, probably corresponding to D2/C16.

Decoupling by 100nF won't cause noises at power on/off.

As I mentioned to you privately, the op-amp only has a passband of 0-14Hz so it isn't likely to contribute to the sound in any way. Decoupling isn't going to hurt but don't have heroic expectations.

Decoupling D1 may appear to be a good idea, but the J501 isolates it completely from T1 anyway, and similarly T2 has its own CC load. I guess you could try it, and if so with more than 100nF, maybe even 47uF. If you think it helps please let us know here.
